Buddha Statue at Belum

Posted by Shuva Brata Deb (Bangalore, India) on 2 November 2015 in People & Portrait.

The caves are very well maintained by AP Tourism and full credit for maintaining it well in a place far away from commercial towns. Except for a snack counter which sells cool drinks and chips, there isnt much at the venue. As you reach the cave driving you see a small hill with the words Belum Caves written and a huge statue of Lord Buddha. The place is dry and hot, unlike Bangalore and its popular nearby gataways.
