I have been trying to play around with the demo version of Nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 filters and as you see I am still playing around. Some of the filters like Sunshine are good. They are definetly better than the Photoshop filters but you need to play with them a lot to get a hang of them.

Canon EOS REBEL XT 1/60 second F/5.0 ISO 400 39 mm

GeckoZ from Singapore

Jason Kravitz from Brussels, Belgium

Interesting effect - kind of edgy like a horror movie or Nine Inch Nails video... the black chair in the background kind of blends with the black of the door way which in one sense is distracting and in one sense gives a kind of flow of the black from the door in the background to the door in the foreground.

It was because of this very chair that I could not place this horizontally, otherwise I would have as GeckoZ wanted.
