Hey .. You can now boast of living in an apartment with a private swimming pool ;) .. or the hidden lake doesnt want to be hidden anymore..Jokes apart...I guess this happens when govt allows buildings to be constructed in the submerge area of the lake ... It must be really frustrating to live in a situation like this...

Arps is right . . I see it happening here, too . . floodplain land cleared for development. Crazy . . and, sometimes, lethal.
