@Shahab: Its a made from crushed plants leaves and it remains for around 15 days, its a kind of a tattoo, favored only by ladies.

@Leslie Horacek: Yeah, you should definitely plan for a visit to India. That would be really be very nice. Ladies decorate their palm with Mehindis anytime they want to, its not necessarily during marriage.

Wonderful, I had this done once on my shoulder (not that big) during a Calvin Klein event. It was beautiful.
