timmybomb from Vancouver, CanadaThis is a great composition (though on a slight angle). The HDR creates some amazing colour presentation. I'd be interested to see the photo without the HDR. 2 Jun 2006 5:48am Jason Kravitz from Brussels, BelgiumGreat composition with the sleeping dogs. In this case what does the HDR really bring out except maybe the blue in the sky? I wonder if there is a way to tweak photomatix to better deal with halo. I bookmarked some articles but have not taken the time to read them yet. I think the best part about the HDR is not the increased tonal range but the effect on color during the toning process - I wonder if there is a way to achieve that painted effect strictly from photoshop without an HDR? 2 Jun 2006 7:24am àsìkò from London, United Kingdomdude I am having the same problems with HDR, a very nice shot man. u can reduce its effects if u reduce the luminosity to -6 and increase the black and white clips 2 Jun 2006 9:12am deji77 from United KingdomI love the composition on this one. Though frankly the HDR use here really let it down. 3 Jun 2006 3:37pm |
