Ummmmmmm, ummmmmm, me no likey.
Background too distracting and messy. Lighting off, image feels and looks flat.
What can be done to save image? Lower the saturation of background and darken it slightly, correct the overblown area on his back, possibly sharpen on the guy to make him stand out more. Play around with cutrves as well.
